Heather Pegas, M.P.A, has 30 years of experience researching and writing grant proposals to public and private funding sources. She started Heather Pegas Consulting in Oakland, CA, and is now based in Los Angeles. She specializes in the funding needs of California-based public benefit corporations.
Heather offers full-scope grant writing services that include RFP review and analysis, program design and planning, proposal narrative and budget development, evaluation planning, grant reporting, and survey development.
She has helped her clients win dozens of awards from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, from agencies including:
